Product Introduction

1. The body is cast in high-quality iron for a sleek appearance, complemented by automotive paint treatment.

2. Designed with increased height to accommodate large and medium-sized parts.

3. Automatic control of loading, holding, and unloading forces using motors eliminates human errors associated with manual Rockwell hardness testers.

4. The measurement device employs a grating displacement sensor to display results on the LCD screen and offers settings for testing scales, test forces, indenter types, hold times, and unit conversions.

5. Built-in testing software enables a ±3HR correction to be applied to the machine.

6. Convenient control system for automatic unit conversion for all hardness scales.

7. Equipped with a wireless Bluetooth printer and data output through an RS232 port.

8. Accuracy compliant with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18 standards.

2. Primarily employed for measuring the Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials.
