The HRS-150B Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester with Increased Height is a high-precision and stable-performance high-tech product. Product Introduction

1. The machine body is crafted from high-quality cast iron with a single-casting process complemented by car paint treatment for an aesthetically appealing appearance.

2. Designed with increased height, suitable for large and medium-sized parts.

3. Utilizes a motor to automatically control the application, dwell, and unloading of test force, eliminating human error associated with manual Rockwell hardness testers.

4. The measurement device employs a grating displacement sensor, displaying results on the LCD screen, which also allows for the display and setting of test scales, test forces, indenter types, dwell times, unit conversion, etc.

5. The built-in testing software allows for ±3HR correction of the machine.

6. Convenient control system enables automatic unit conversion for all hardness scales.

7. Equipped with a wireless Bluetooth printer and capable of data output via the RS232 port.

8. Accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18 standards.
