All hardness tester cabinets are made of HT200 gray cast iron through integral precision casting, with rigidity and stability superior to those of iron plate welding and low-grade cast iron. The wall thickness of the Rockwell cabinet is 8mm, and that of the Brinell cabinet is 12mm, which meets the anti-deformation requirements of the national standard GB/T 230.2. More than 2,500 pieces are in regular stock, achieving full natural aging treatment to ensure equipment accuracy and stability from the source.

The machine body is independently processed using our own CNC boring and milling machines, machining centers and other equipment, with multi-point manual clamping to avoid cabinet deformation and internal stress residue. Core components such as the main shaft, lever and indenter are independently precision-machined, made of chrome steel, with an R0.2 arc design at the indenter tip, which has small friction and accurate force value, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.

We have a standardized and environmentally friendly painting workshop. The whole machine uses automobile-specific putty, which has strong adhesion, smooth and firm paint surface, and oil resistance. The body color can be customized according to customer needs, with a high-end and elegant appearance and stable delivery time guaranteed.

Core assembly personnel all have 20 years of industry experience, implementing strict assembly and commissioning specifications and special tooling. The internal control accuracy of the Rockwell C scale is ±0.7HR, which is much higher than the national standard of ±1.5HR. The actual commissioning is controlled according to ±0.5HR, and most index accuracies are more than twice that of the national standard.

The electrical control system is independently developed with independent intellectual property rights. Core components are all imported from well-known brands. The circuit board undergoes SMT, re-inspection, ultrasonic cleaning and three-proof paint treatment, which is moisture-proof, dust-proof and corrosion-proof, ensuring stable operation and long service life, and making the equipment reliable and durable.
