HRSJ-150B Digital Extended Rockwell Hardness Tester is a recalibrated transmission structure and workbench based on a conventional digital Rockwell hardness tester, expanding its application range with an elongated workbench for measuring relatively larger workpieces.

Product Introduction

1. The measurement device utilizes a grating displacement sensor, displaying results on an LCD screen, while allowing for adjustments to test scales, test force, indenter type, dwell time, and unit conversion.

2. The body is made of cast iron, formed in a single casting process, and treated with automotive paint for an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

3. Convenient control system provides automatic unit conversion across the entire hardness scale.

4. Built-in testing software enables ±3HR correction to the machine.

5. Test force loading, holding, and unloading are motor-controlled, eliminating human operational errors found in manual Rockwell hardness testers.

6. Equipped with a wireless Bluetooth printer and supports data output through an RS232 port.

7. Large workbench measuring 730*500mm (customizable) provides stable testing for large workpieces.

8. Dual-axis linkage synchronous lifting structure ensures smooth elevation.

9. Accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18 standards.
