Product Introduction

  • The fuselage uses high quality cast iron primary casting molding, combined with the car paint treatment process, the shape is round and beautiful;

  • The turbine worm lifting system improves the test stability and test accuracy, and there is no need to focus again after the test;

  • Equipped with automatic turret function, high-definition measurement and observation-double objective combination, combined with the built-in length encoder of high-definition microscope, to achieve the diagonal of the indentation one-button measurement, better reduce the human operation interference and reading error;

  • Convenient numerical control system, can automatically carry out the full hardness ruler unit conversion;

  • The maximum and minimum value of hardness value can be set, and when the test value exceeds the set range, the beep sound;

  • With the software hardness value correction function, it can directly correct the hardness value within a certain range;

  • With the database function, the test data can be automatically saved in groups, each group can save 10 data, can save more than 2,000 data;

CCD Introduce

  • Two kinds of calibration: optical calibration, (manual / automatic) hardness block calibration. Hardness block supports multiple averaging, arbitrary multiple standard block-segment calibration preferred measurement.

  • In addition to automatic measurement, there are three manual measurements: four-side, diagonal and four-point measurements (four verx selection order can be arbitrary).

  • Three indentation marking forms are supported: "rectangular frame", "Red Cross" and "round".

  • During manual measurement, it has the magnifying fier function to find the indentation peak position; unique keyboard shortcut function to quickly move the selected vertex, make the measurement operation more efficient.

  • Provide pixel distance versus physical distance for the indentation diagonal and calculate HV / HK values under the current load in real time.

  • Support a variety of video acquisition equipment, resolution: 1.3 million, 5 million digital cameras; standard with 5 million, display indentation video on the computer, can capture, store images. Can display and update the status of the current hardness meter in real time: current pressure head / objective, retention time, load force, etc.

  • The distance between two points can be measured manually; multiple distances can be displayed simultaneously on a video or image.

  • The software will automatically select the best calibration coefficient for different resolutions, different objectives lenses and different loads.

  • All test point information can be identified individually or according to customer requirements. The test point identification information will be displayed in the test value sequence table and the indentation map for easy query. This function is very important for the subsequent analysis and processing.

  • According to the hardness conversion standards of GB, DIN, ISO, ASTM, etc., Vickers HV, HK, HRC, HRA, HRB, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK, surface Rocker: HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HBS, HBW, etc.

  • When measuring the hardened layer path sequence, there are several flexible initialization modes to automatically save and import the previous path sequence; the measurement path can also be stored arbitrarily for reloading.

  • And the corresponding depth value and hardness change curve are automatically generated.

  • Multiple measurement data; all results can be included into the graphic report. Report content and format can be flexibly set to automatically generate word and excel documents.

  • Password and administrative permission can be set: ordinary operators can only measure the hardness according to the set setting.

  • Built-in each standard hardness value conversion tool, can automatically convert the measured hardness value according to the table, and included in the result table.

  • Software is provided with: Chinese version or English version.
