The HYL-200 with wireless probe is a next-generation Leeb hardness tester. It features wireless connections between the main unit and various impact devices (probes), as well as a miniature printer, allowing simultaneous wireless operation. The main unit automatically identifies all models of impact devices (probes) and sets up automatically. With a full-angle probe, it enables testing in any direction without the need for manual test direction settings. On-site measurement data can be wirelessly printed using the wireless printer. The wireless probe eliminates problems caused by long-term wear and internal wire breakage, providing more flexible and convenient operation. The main unit can be placed anywhere without being restricted by probe wires. Each type of wireless digital probe can be freely exchanged, especially suitable for single-person operations in high-altitude or narrow spaces. The wireless probe is equipped with a lithium-ion rechargeable battery, which can be charged via a computer's USB interface or a mobile phone charger. The probe's internal circuit is designed for ultra-low power consumption, providing extended usage on a single charge.
