The HYL-180 Portable Leeb Hardness Tester is the new flagship model developed by our company. It incorporates a design philosophy of ultra-low power consumption, high-performance rechargeable battery, intelligent charging management, and USB plug-and-play communication interface. Additionally, it features a built-in thermal printer, supporting on-site real-time printing to meet diverse measurement requirements. Furthermore, the high-end version comes with an ultra-bright display LCD screen, better suited for complex measurement environments, making it the preferred choice for a wide range of users.

Functional Characteristics

1. All-Chinese display, menu-type operation.

2. Mini USB Communication interface.

3. It can be equipped with 7 different shock devices, which do not need to recalibrate, and can automatically identify the type of shock device.

4. Support the measurement of multiple hardness systems and three strength values.

5. It can store the single measurement value, average value, measurement date, impact direction, frequency, material, hardness system, etc. in 373~2688 groups (impact times 32~1).

6. The upper and lower limits of the hardness value can be set in advance, and the exceeding of the limit is the automatic alarm, which facilitates the needs of users for batch testing.
