2.The Status Bar Displays

D1, D2: Display the diameters of the measured indentations.

Conversion Scale: Shows the converted value of the measurement result. Clicking on the conversion scale allows users to select the desired conversion scale.

Test force, Indenter parameters: Displays the calculation scale selected by the user.

Measurement result: Shows the measured hardness value obtained from the test.

Camera Imaging, Fixed Imaging Toggle: Allows switching between real-time imaging and fixed images.

Manual measurement:

(1) Rectangular measurement, first mouse move to a rectangular diagonal covering the indentation, horizontal and vertical reference line to help locate, hold and drag to another diagonal;

(2) The three-point circle is measured, then manually click any three points on the indentation, and then a circle will be drawn manually along the edge of the indentation.

(3) Measure the two-point circle, then manually click the two points on the indentation (two points are two points on the same diameter), and then manually draw a circle along the edge of the indentation.

(4) Area measurement, when there are multiple indentation on the interface, the system will randomly measure the indentation, this function is mainly to specify the indentation hardness required for the measurement. New sample: Click on the new sample to edit the artifact number of the sample.

If the measured hardness value does not coincide with the indentation, you can choose the direction that does not coincide for subtle adjustment, or larger or small.

After the measurement is completed, the main interface shows that the indentation area will shrink, and the measured indentation list will appear below the indentation image area.

Expression calibration: the left list is the ruler, and the blue mark is the currently selected ruler.The user first measures the original indentation of the standard hardness block at the measurement interface. If there is a difference with the actual value, he can select the corresponding ruler in the image calibration, fill in the standard hardness in the table, calculate the coefficient and make calibration, and close the point after calibration.

Database: All records of the previously measured hardness can be viewed in this interface.

It can be queried according to the time, or according to the number of a workpiece. The detected records will appear in the following list. Click Export Records to export all the records displayed in this list for the EXCEL form.

Picture reading, picture saving function, without further introduction, the collected indentation image can be saved to the designated position of the computer, and can also display the indentation picture of the specified position to the interface indentation display area.

Report: A list of the hardness results displayed below the indentation can be exported in the WORD document format.
