Product Characteristics
This machine is a kind of wet polishing machine, which uses the gold phase sand paper of different grain size to grind the light of various metals and alloy samples. This premill, besides improving the efficiency of the sample preparation, also can completely remove the plastic deformation and surface heating trace generated during the sample cutting, and microthe tissue for further polishing.
Model Overview
When the premill is working, the cooling water is continuously injected into the rotating millplate through the rotary water nozzle. Then the sandpaper can be pressed to the millplate under atmospheric pressure, so that the sandpaper is not bonded or clamped. The machine is equipped with beautiful and practical FRP shell, complete use of stainless steel standard parts, thus greatly enhancing the performance of the product, so that the machine has become the ideal equipment for sample pregrinding.
