The cutter can not only cut circular workpieces within a diameter of 80mm / 100mm (pipe fittings), but also cut rectangular samples within 80mm height and depth of 200mm. The machine cooled the specimen through the cooling system to prevent the specimen from overheating and burning out the tissue during the cutting process. This machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different samples, thus improving the quality of the cutting samples. The machine consists of manual cutting and automatic cutting. Install Machinery

1. Remove the equipment foot bolts, set the machine flat on a stable working plane and pad the rubber plate.

2. Install the inlet pipe, the outlet pipe should be lower than the body inlet, so as not to drainage.

3. Connect the water pump to the main engine.

4. Check whether the electrical components, such as the connector and plug, are in good condition, and then connect the power supply and start the motor, and the rotation direction of the grinding wheel shall be consistent with the direction mark marked on the machine.

5. Main operating function keys and interface of this machine

(1) Start-up (green key. Automatic cutting mode, the work is accelerated, automatic cutting.)

(2) Stop (red key. In stop mode, forward and is use)

(3) Forward (up the arrow key. In automatic cut mode, this key is self-locked: in manual cut mode, this key is not self-locked)

(4) Back up (down arrow key. In automatic cut mode, this key is self-locked: in manual cut mode, this key is not self-locked)

(5) Water pump bond. In the process of automatic operation, the water cooling runs automatically without pressing. Operation startup is possible only when cleaning up the cutting chamber.

(6) Lighting key. The lighting cutting room can be lit during the work process.

(7) Origin (before automatic cutting, the y position goes to zero, and the slice starts to run the set cutting distance from this point.)

(8) Cutting mode (according to the material and size of the workpiece to choose different cutting mode, black metal can not be selected: continuous cutting. Tubes and non-metallic material with wall thickness exceeding 2mm optional: continuous cutting mode.)

(9) Emergency stop button. Whether in manual or automatic operation, the equipment will stop stopped.
