Product Features

1. The industrial-grade tablet computer with an embedded industrial-grade camera and CCD image processing software enables direct data and image export, as well as manual and automatic image measurements.

2. The body is crafted from high-quality cast iron, single-cast, and treated with automotive paint for an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

3. Equipped with an automatic turret function, allowing automatic switching between the indenter and lens for added convenience.

4. Capable of setting maximum and minimum hardness values, emitting an alarm sound when the test value exceeds the set range.

5. Offers software hardness value correction within a certain range.

6. Includes database functionality, automatically grouping and saving test data, capable of storing over 2000 data points.

7. Provides hardness value curve display functionality, visually demonstrating changes in hardness values.

8. Capable of automatic unit conversion across all hardness scales.

9. Electronically closed-loop controls are used to apply the test force, achieving fully automated loading, holding, and unloading operations.
